Default Garibaldi and Large Mouth Bass

The best tasting fish hands down for saltwater is Garibaldy (Not spelled right) and Large Mouth Bass especially the pregnant females right before spawn.

    Lol!!!!

Freshwater: Walley beer-battered and fried with fries and onion rings.

Saltwater: Sorry, but it's a dead heat between fresh raw tuna and halibut tacos and just-stopped-floppin' lingcod lightly breaded in cracker crumbs and fried on an open campfire over-looking Friday Harbor on San Jaun island.

There's no question...Saltwater: Thresher Shark. Freshwater: Bluegill. But it all depends on how fresh they are and how they are prepared. I'm getting hungry right now!

I love salmon. Specially when it has a thin slice of lemon on top. Just melts in my mouth.

Mahi Mahi is my favorite, I like halibut too

as far as freshwater goes, nothing really stands out as being great so I don't really have a favorite. Maybe gotta try better recipes
