Does anyone know the size limit and bag limit for "sheep crab or spider crab"?

Anyone knows the size limit and bag limit for "sheep crab". I saw a guy pulled out a sheep crab from shore at NPH. After I went home, I open the CA ocean regulations, and I cannot find sheep crab in the book. Also, is that safe to eat the crab get from NPH?

sheep crab aka spider crabs you can keep 35 of them must measure 4 inches across the body and ive eaten lobster ive gotten at the rocks on the cdm side but if it was far back the nope no wayod eat it

I got a huge one once and cooked it. The legs were hollow with a little stringy meat inside that tasted like crap.
Try eating cat poop for a simular flavor.

Go for the Cancer or Rock Crabs.
