    Default 10/13 DDs and schoolies with Ed and Anthony

    10/13 DD's & schoolies with Ed and Anthony

    QUICK Report, like the boils...

    Got invited to fish with Ed and Anthony...of whom has never caught a striper/fish before!..Ed kinda knew Anthony was in a run for his money! Well they got settled / received the rental, and i met them later in the am. We did some runs that did well in past that produced some nice ones this time, and also broke off a big one by the boat...probably one of the PB of this season...had a lure that shattered but still landed the best one of the day with us.

    we Found em! a few times lol...ran into Uncle B out on the water and a few DVL locals who were doin the same...

    Anthony had his first time Striper fishing, and did well, landed his first striper and LMB! And Ed got the feeling of what some of the heftier stripers do when they dont want to be cooperate! lol..we'll get em again, remember my lures that broke today! lol-

    END RESULT:

    2 LMB's 2-3lbs
    Stripers, 1/2 limits & sizes: 11lb striper, the rest 1-5lb schoolie taco's!

    Lures: hit up Jake@Fisherman's Hardware LB- tellem kewly sent ya!

    1-5lb schoolies

    Rapala=fish!

    my 11lb striper

    Ed was giving up some of his catches to Anthony throughout the day, so he could try and get "striper certification"...
    here he is after he helped netted my DD

    Nice going once again Kewly. You put in your hours on the lake and it's nice to get the reward of stripers in the boat

    Kewl,

    When I was a young man I spent all my time chasing the skirts. I eventually found one that gave me the time of day and then married her. With a lot of time on my hands and wanting to get the heck out of the house I picked up fishing. Then, I spent all my time at the lake chasing boils and birds. Now older and wiser I just look for Trout Only Bob, Trouttracker Barry,Sea Addiction, GNFISH,and now Im gonna add you to the list.....hehehehehehehahhaahaahhaha.
