I dont think it's possible to save money from anything you buy at bassproshops, unless it's on "clearance".. Great selection of stuff, but I just cant afford them! Over 4 bucks for a single Bitsy pond Minnow! X(

These guys are awesome!!! If you live in SoCal they ship overnight for free with a minimum $50 purchase.

wife and I went on one of those things but it was to the silverton hotel/casino/bps in Vegas, can't remember if this was one of their deals or not but I think the coupon was in the back of the catalog. Once there and trying to reclaim all the stuff we were suppose to get no one knew what the H E L L we were talking about, heck we even went and got a catalog from the shop and showed it to the people there at hotel, they were still dumbfounded, eventually everything got worked out.
Should have known something was wrong when they gave us a smoking room when neither of us (wife and I) smoke and I have asthma. Needless to say a few people got some choice words from us, they said we had no preference then when they looked at the reservation along with the print out they couldn't say anything other then oh sorry, haven't been back since (to Vegas that is to stay there).

They're the only shop in the I.E. to get quick items, as you head out the door, and forgot what you suppose to buy a week ago. It's a tad pricey, but comparing to the shipping and possible tax cost, the store is reasonable.

By the way, if you're planning to get that kind of a trip from their catalogs, best bet is to go to a specialized travel agent to get a better deal. Or better yet, book the deal online through one of the travel and airflight websites. Better options, better prices, and no headaches. The best deal IMO is through timeshare sellers. Why pay a full dollar for your vacation site, when you can buy it at $0.25 per dollar required to be spent, or even cheaper. I should know. Do it all the time.

Are you buying or renting the time share?

I own timeshare, and also purchasing a yearly portion from other owners to subsidize for the points I lack. If you don't own any timeshare, you can still purchase allotted points from timeshare owner for a really really cheap price. Sometime, you can even negotiate $0.10 for a dollar. The rule of thumb is, $0.25 per dollar for timeshare point purchase. Anything more is consider as robbery.
