Caught on custom home made top water bait, aka "LIVE TROUT". Right after DFG trout stock, nicely done. But is that even consider a legal catch? Anyways that's not my call. I want to congrats the angler who caught that record fish for getting nail twice last year for throwing live trout last year also. nice!!!!
