Default St Croix Mojo 7' Slop n Frog Rod

Anyone have any experience with this rod? Im thinkin about gettin a dedicated froggin rig, and I was looking at this rod to start me out. I believe it can also be used for throwing weedless swimbaits up to 5" in a pinch. Im really really impressed by the look of this rod series.

    Any feedback is greatly appreciated!!!

I don't have that exact one, but I do have the jerkbait, spinnerbait, swimbait, and dropshot Mojo rods. I'm happy with them all. You can find better rods I guess but not really for the money.

Let me ask you, is the swimbait model's handle telescopic? I was thinkin about maybe using that one as a frog rod, seeing as the specs are almost identical, but just a bit heavier for it.

No it isn't. In your shoes I'd get the frog rod. It would be easier to use it for other things once in a while than to use a swimbait rod for frogging most of the time.
