abu garcia real drag repair

I need my c4 and 6500 checked out,I live in Bakersfield any help any one work on these.

I had a problem with an old Abu Garcia round reel so I shipped it to there headquarters in Iowa and they sent me a NEW C4. It was easy! You just have to fill out a product repair/replacement form describing the problem and ship it to them. I got a new reel a week later! Go to there website, www.abugarcia.com and its under support/service. All the info is there. Good luck!
