Look like a bait fish to me. Will you be tossing them with a sink tip or sinking line? I have used those dusters with the fluorescent colors to make Salt Water flies. Using materials like that is not only fun but cost effective as well. Let us know how you do.
They look good. Just because it's not the pro fly tiers use don't mean that they won't work. I've also used the colored duster to make my sabiki and my streamers for bonita and they work AWESOME. Cheap with great results. Now go put them to use and let us know how you did =0)
