    yeah man. just choose your sinker size depending on the structure or cover you're fishing. id probably lighten up to a 1/8oz or 3/16oz and depending on how gnarly the trees are you might swap to a gamakatsu g-lock worm hook or a smaller owner rig-n hook and rig weedless. should slip in and out of cover nice and easy.

    Those owner riggin hooks matt's talking about are a god send... you will get snagged like 3 quarters less then with an exposed or semi exposed hook. I would love to see the smallie population blow up @ diamond.

    Here is a cool pic of the Sculpin they are eating down deep. Like Matt said, it was pretty easy to catch the deep fish. 50-75 feet. Morning Dawn still is and always will be the king when the bite is tuff on Diamond Valley
