Thanks to troutman for this inspiration.

What is the best tasting fish? Give the best saltwater and fresh water.

Striper is my personal fav freshie followed by catfish

The best fish I have ever had was an macadamia nut encrusted lingcod at king's fish house...halibut fish n chips is damn good too!

Yellowfin tuna is my favorite sashimi.

My catfish....Grannyfish's killer secret recipe. The pirates did a number on that tray full of fish when I walked by with it! I'm glad you enjoyed it Red, I did too and I'm already looking forward to kitty season.

    Steelhead/Salmon

    Lingcod

    Channel Cat

Striper or Largemouth (had some great fish frys in Texas with LMB and Channel cat)

Halibut always seemed kind of dry to me. Maybe it's because it is so lean.

When I was camping, my dads friend brought some yellowfin and his smoker. Best tasting fish I ever had (maybe cause I was camping and was so hungry).
