I was wondering what fishing rod you recommend for trout fishing.

split shot or lead head power worm - Elixer

elixer 8' 2-8 for anything. im not a fan of the iron feathers at all, i like a ex-fast tip but i also like it somewhat stiff lol, not a noodle.

I have both, and have to agree with the guys above. They both have their applications so it really depends on what style of fishing that like to do.

You really can't go wrong with an elixer, Great all around rod!
