General Info:
Silverwood Lake is a fairly large lake of 980 surface acres and 13 miles of shoreline at capacity. It's also a deep lake with a maximum depth of 166 feet. It is open from 6am to 9pm during the summer and 7am to 7pm during the winter. Entrance fee is $8 per vehicle. Pets are allowed. Boating Info:
Boating, skiing, jet-skiing and float-tubing are permitted. There is a four-lane launch ramp located at the marina. Launch fee is $8. Skiing and jet-skiing is allowed in main channel only. 35mph speed limit, 5mph (no wake) in all coves. Marina (760) 389-2299
Fishing Info:
This lake is known for producing some very large Striped Bass, including the California St. Record. There is also a decent population of Largemouth bass, Catfish and Crappie here. Rainbow trout are stocked during the winter and spring months by the DFG. Fishing is permitted from the marina dock for a $3 fee. (Children, Seniors - $2) There is a fish cleaning facility located near the launch ramp.

- Striped Bass - 55 pounds, 8 ounces taken in March 1996
